QRX Chat · Published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation

QRX Chat does not allow child sexual abuse and exploitation. These are our published standards.

Not allowed

• Any sexual content involving a person under 18.
• Grooming a child, or asking a child for sexual content.
• Sharing, requesting, or threatening to share that material.

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly let them create an account.

What we do

• We remove this material when we become aware of it and we close the account involved.
• We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authority, including where the law requires a report to a national hotline or the police.
• Users can block another person from the chat.

How to report

Email support@qrx.chat with the subject “Child safety”. Include the phone number or name shown in the chat, the date, and a short description. Do not send the illegal material itself if you can describe it instead.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first.
