These guidelines sit alongside the terms of service. They apply to messages, groups, status, calls, photos, and your profile name.

Be lawful and respectful

• No spam, scams, or misleading identity.
• No threats, harassment, or hate.
• No sexual content involving anyone under 18. That rule is absolute and is also on the child safety page.
• No malware, and no attempt to break or overload the service.
• Do not share someone else's private information without their permission.

If something breaks the rules

Block the person in the chat, then email support@qrx.chat. Tell us the name or number shown in the app and what happened. We may remove content and close the account.
