By creating an account or using QRX Chat, you agree to these terms and to the community guidelines.

Your account

• Use a phone number you are allowed to use. You are responsible for activity on the account.
• You must be old enough to use the service under the laws of your country. The app is not for children under 13.
• Keep your device secure. You are responsible for messages sent from it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Send spam, scams, or unlawful content.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
• Send sexual content involving a child, or any material that exploits a child.
• Distribute malware or try to break the service.
• Violate someone else's privacy or rights.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Reports can be sent from the support page.

Your content

You own what you send, and you are responsible for it. You give us permission to store and deliver it to the people you choose, for as long as the account exists.

The service

The service is provided as is. Features, including calls, can change or be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using the app.

Ending your account

You can delete the account at any time on the delete account page. Deletion removes the data described in the privacy policy.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the update.
