Delete your account

QRX Chat · This page is the public way to delete a QRX Chat account and its data.

Deleting your QRX Chat account is permanent. You do not need to reinstall the app. You can do it here, or inside the app.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, phone number, photo, and about text.
• Your messages, photos, videos, voice notes, and documents.
• Your status updates and who viewed them.
• Your group memberships. A group you created can remain for the other members.
• Your call participation and the push token used for incoming calls.
• Your login session.

What is kept

• We do not keep a copy of your messages for you to restore later.
• Short security logs that do not contain message content may remain for up to 30 days, then they are discarded.
• The SMS provider that sent your login code may keep its own delivery record under its policy. We do not control that record.

Option 1 — In the app

Open QRX Chat → Settings → Delete my account → confirm.

Option 2 — On this page

Verify the phone number on the account with a one-time code, then delete it.
